Founding Sales Lead

Own the early sales motion for Grova for Coaches — reach out to coaches, run conversations, close early accounts, and help shape what the product becomes.

This is a founding role. You will be the first person dedicated to bringing coaches onto the platform, which means you are not just selling — you are learning what resonates, feeding that back into the product, and building the playbook from scratch.

What you'll work on

  • Identify and reach out to coaches who would benefit from Grova's tools.
  • Run discovery and sales conversations to close early accounts.
  • Build and refine the outreach and sales playbook as you learn what works.
  • Work directly with the founder to translate sales insights into product decisions.
