Welcome to Grova (the "App"), a product of Voters App, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App and any related services, content, or features provided through the App. By accessing or using Grova, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Grova, you must:

• Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Grova may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Grova and all related materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Voters App, Inc. (or Grova, upon name change) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our written consent.
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission.

8. AI and Data Use

Grova's AI features are designed to provide insights and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.
• We are not responsible for any actions or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• Data you provide to the App may be processed by third-party services such as Firebase and OpenAI for functionality purposes.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the App (e.g., audio inputs, text responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display this content as needed to provide the service. You affirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
• Your content does not violate the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voters App, Inc. (or Grova, upon name change) is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
• Errors, interruptions, or technical issues with the App.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Grova at any time, with or without cause, for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Conduct that harms other users or the Company.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Check back regularly for updates.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in San Francisco, California.
